Assumption of Risk and Release *

By applying to be a Day Visitor or an Overnight Guest, I confirm that I have reviewed and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

I assume all risk of damage, illness, or injury that may occur to me or family members under my care while participating at Aranya Refuge Theravada Buddhist Monastery, and while staying and moving about the facility, Earthspring Sanctuary.

I understand and agree to the risk of being in contact with other participants at the Monastery during the COVID-19 global pandemic.

I agree to the Monastery Etiquette and Guidelines (https://www.aranyarefuge.org/etiquetteandguidelines) and the COVID-19 Safety Protocols (https://www.aranyarefuge.org/covid19).

In consideration of being accepted as a participant for this event, I release and discharge Aranya Refuge Theravada Buddhist Society, and its agents, directors, volunteers, monastic guests, and representatives from all responsibility, liability, or claims by me, and all claims brought on my behalf, arising from my participation at the monastery.
